Great for longer frame bikes
The mount worked great for the cruiser bike it was put on, it had the longer bottom frame: note it will not work with the V bottom. I put the 80cc engine on the bike and it wouldn’t fit properly without the mount.

Great value
Love this thing so glad they came out with this don't have to worry about cracking my frame anymore. This thing sucks up so much vibration

It saved me some heartache
This product is pretty high quality but also will end up having you needing to take out a grinder if you have installed longer mounting bolts on your engine. If you have removed all your handle bar grips you should cut a piece and put it between the frame and the extension. This will keep it tight and will reduce the vibrations. If you have a belt sander I recommend sanding the contact points to slightly shrink the size.

Fits 8mm mounting studs.
GREAT! The best thing is I didn't have to drill out the mounting holes, they already fit 8mm mount studs which was a nice surprise.

Very poor design. Too much modification needed.
Very poor design and quality assurance. Too much post-purchase modification is needed on the mount as well as the engine studs. The mounting holes are oblong as they should be to ideally accommodate the small and wide mouth motors. The inner most side of the hole is meant for the small mouth/studs (lesser quality motors) . The outter most sides of the holes are in theory supposed to accommodate the wide mouth/studs(better quality motors.)For some bizarre reason the manufacturer of these clamp mounts decided the it was just easier to make the oblong holes about 2mm to short. This means that you have to modify the holes to be wider with a rotary tool or drill, leaving you with an almost paper thin edge outside of each hole. This is not structurally sound.Secondly, the single horizontal bolt that holds the the top and bottom swivel portion together sticks out and hits the motor stud which mean you will also have to permanently cut the stud to be shorter so the you can attach the pedestal portion of the mount to the engine. These absurd modifications could very easily not be required if the manufacturer would make the pedestal part of the mount wider and make the oblong holes 2mm wider. Also the manufacture could make the hole for the horizontal bolt recessed so that is doesnt make contact with the studs.Unfortunately most of these Chinese manufacturers have little to no quality control measures in place for their products.
