Q: Can the keyboard try be removed? Using this with my laptop, I will not need the tray and I don't want to have to reach over it! Thanks

Yes it can be removed. The screws that hold it in place just need to be unscrewed.

Q: Where and which brand of the pool/stand can put on this converter? Is there any white pole/stand out there? I have 27 inch and 24 inch monitor

No, you have to buy that separately. But I have 2, 22 inch widescreen monitors and they fit fine with out the stand

It comes out of the box ready to rock n roll. Just plug it in.
