I like that Amazon offers a lot of Vegetarian and Vegan supplements. This one is Vegetarian. I will continue to buy if the price stays reasonable.

So glad these are tablets. All I previously could find are the gel tablets which seem to roll off your hand onto the floor. These are real tablets, easy to take and this one bottle is a years supply. Recommended product.
