Looks like a very nice and durable recycle/garbage can. It should be as it is pretty expensive for what it is. I got it for our RV but it’s just a bit too big for the space I wanted to use it in even if I remove the handle so I had to return it.

I thought that it would be able to hide the bag, but it doesn't have a lip to do so. Also, normal bags don't fit in this properly since it's so tall. Didn't come with the hanging mechanism either. I could have gotten something better at 5 dollars

I knew they’d be small but I guess I didn’t realize how small (I got the 16L) if they were a little taller and wider they’d be perfect! They’ll work for now until I find something bigger. Price is a little steep for such a small container though. I gave it 5 stars just based on the looks.... it makes my kitchen look more put together instead of sloppy cardboard boxes and now my kids can’t stuff one more bottle in a corner now they have to take out the recycling once it’s full!! I like the long handle too. I’d purchase again and if they make them bigger I’d definitely purchase those.*using them for recycling

According to manufacturer this is made of polypropylene, and the maximum load is 7kg (15.43lb).I like the size of 16L and the simple design, using it for storage purpose.The plastic material is a bit too thin/light, not as durable as I wish.The lid is a flip-top, so it doesn't provide a good seal, it's good for recycling or trash purpose.Sometimes the price would come down to $17, and that would be a good time to buy this!

I wonder why there isn’t any competition for this size and functionality. It’s so convenient. However the lid keeps coming off.

Exactly what I needed. I use it on my patio of my condo to hold bags of cat liter waste when it's raining or snowing so I don't have to go the dumpster in the weather. It sure beats the heck out just leaving the bags there until it stops raining or having to get the rain gear out!

I purchased this to set outside on the porch for dog waste. I wanted one with a lid and in a dark color (for obvious reasons). This one seems to do the trick. The color fades into the background and almost disappears. It's actually a pretty good match for oil rubbed bronze - if that matters to you. Overall seems sturdy. The lid does hinge so not sure how that will hold up ... but we will see.

This bin is really neat. It looks nice, and it contains smells very well. I use it to hold kitty litter waste. The lid on this isn't airtight, but it's quite snug. Obviously the smell hits you when it's open, but I can't smell anything at all when it's closed. (Note: I also pour baking soda into the bottom of the bag before using.) The handle is also very handy. I'm glad I bought this.

We decided to get this as we wanted to hide our bin out of sight and under the sink. Obviously, you will need to measure your space first, but for us it is a great size. It is of course a small bin you’re getting, so if you can live with that then it’s perfect. Just for reference, it lasts us easily 3 days’ worth of general rubbish and fits wine bottle etc with ease.It recommends 15-20lt bags, but we use 30lt ones with no issues, they are for some reason cheaper than their smaller friends in our local shops.The bin itself seems well made and study enough to do what we want it for so are very happy with it.Highly recommened.

After having a new kitchen fitted I needed a new bin as my old metal one was dented and seen better days.. It took me a while to decide on this one but so glad I did..it is easy to useholds the bag in well and easy to clean and fits in with its colour and looks a very smart bin compared to the old pedal one I had. I bought this and a largerone for seperate collecting and they sit together really well in their space.

I love this bin, it is our second Brabrantia bin, we have another style that I bought from JL for the rubbish. It has made my kitchen tidier as I use it to store our clean recycling, it is easy to use and the lid comes off so that the bin can be carried out easy to the larger outdoor bin. All items from this brand are functional and look good too

After having my kitchen renovated, I don’t have any floor space left that I could put a bin in without it being in my way so this is perfect! I haven’t mounted mine to anything I just have it sitting in a deep drawer or you could put it in a cupboard. I live by myself so for the amount of rubbish I have it is the perfect size! I have the bin bags it recommends but you can also just use a regular black bag and when you pull it out you get a little extra which I use to empty the bins around the house. Basically this is everything I needed it to be. Really happy. Oh and it’s super easy to clean I just take it out the back and spray it with the hose and some disinfectant but you could clean it in the sink.

I am a bit of a fan of Brabantia and I ordered two of the 16l bins (one grey, one mint) for my new kitchen and refitted utility room. If I'm honest, even this size bin (the largest available) is a little small and I envisage them needing to be emptied far more often that I'd like for a household of two. However, they're pretty smart and sleek considering they're, well, just bins...
