A great gluten free flour!
Tasty, healthy, and easy to use! It’s dense, so I mixed it with almond flour in cupcake and pancake recipes.

This is a wonderful product, boosts immunity.
I like that this product is very high in phytonutrients and polyphenols. It boosts immunity as well as overall health. The flour itself has a slight bitter taste, which I don't mind. But if it has just a small amount of another flour with it (I use almond flour) and some spices, again a small amount of ginger. nutmeg, cinnamon and sometimes a little cloves. Add a few small pieces of pecans or walnuts a little monkfruit. Makes some nice pancakes. (Of course, there are a few more things needed to make pancakes) but those are the things I found that make it very tasty. I almost always have blueberries or mixed berries with mine. Adds even more antioxidants and nutrients to your morning meal or whenever you like to have it. If you go to the website on the product, they have recipes to use this flour and other products that this is used in to boost immunity as well as other beneficial products. I enjoy it very much. It may not be to everyone's liking. But, I would recommend trying it. I think it's delicious once you learn what to add to make it taste really good to you. The story behind the growth in the US is very interesting as well. Hope you enjoy some.

Pretty amazing AND delicious!!
I’ve been wearing a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) with Levels (testing those who don’t have diabetes or any other metabolic disorders, because I’ve been so curious to know what affect my different favorite foods have on my glucose. And this flour, fine as it is!, which I bought 3 bags of because I was so astonished by the interview on Dr. Hyman’s podcast about it with the founder of the flour’s company. It LOWERS my glucose level by about 20 points each time I eat it with some butter, if you can believe that! However,…as is the case really with anything, if you eat too MUCH of one thing, no matter how ‘healthy’ it is, it will indeed raise glucose, as this did one time for me that I ate more than I really even wanted to one night (was just mindlessly eating it with butter). But other than that, if eaten as a respectable snack or with a meal, it does not have a raising affect. Wonderful tasting, too! 2 cups of it to 1 cup of coconut flour, made the most delicious bread! Simple recipe I found online. I say try it!

Consumer Labs found high mold and lead
I’m so disappointed in this product! I had been using it for a year or so but Consumer Labs (a group that does independent testing of supplement and health food products) found very high levels of mold and some lead (above California’s cutoff level but under the FDAs total daily intake level). What’s more is that this report came out a month ago and the company hasn’t addressed the issue at all and continues to bomb my email with marketing materials touting the health benefits of their products. I’m sorry, but last time I checked I’m not going to boost my immunity by consuming lead. Buyer beware!

Very flavorful gluten free flour
This is very easy to use in baking and has a wonderful flavor. The recipes I have seen combine it with other flours. I made banana and walnut bread that doesn’t fall apart like many gluten free breads. It is expensive but worth the cost to add such a healthy ingredient to my meals. It is low on the glycemic index and has good immune supporting benefits as well as antioxidant properties.

Generally pleased
I have bought this product before and liked it. This particular lot tastes a bit different than previous ones. I'm aware that more than one farm is growing the buckwheat. The flavor of the product may vary from farm to farm. I use this to make blueberry pancakes, with almond flour and spices. Generally, very good. Will be prepared for variations in flavor going forward.

Health benefits and versatility
I love the health benefits of the Himalayan buckwheat flour and the ease of use which is the most important factor of the flour. I have used regular buckwheat before , and thought they were similar, but the Himalayan buckwheat having more nutrients;is a better fit for me. The difference that I like is the body and flavor it gives my beverages. It's an acquired taste that grows on you with time.
