Q: Is it shipped in an outer box? I am sending as a gift with instructions not to open until Dec. 1.

The Advent Calendar is packed in a brown corrugate box that is built to protect the roof shape of the calendar. Amazon puts our box into their Amazon box to ship it. I believe if you tell your recipient not to open the inner box your surprise will be safe.

It's all spreads and some honey.

I ordered mine August 10th and they were delivered August 14th.
