This is a very effective product and helps tremendously with gut health and below. My only complaint is, I wish they would be more discreet and respectful to women’s health concerns. I understand what I am purchasing and why.. I find it very unnecessary to have it spelled out across the front of the bottle. I have a teenage son and other family members in the house.. I have to remove the label or make certain I remember to put it in a discreet location. Both of these actions cause issues, If label is removed it can be confused with other vitamins and if it’s in a discrete location, I tend to forget to take them consistently. It’s unfortunate a company focused on women’s health, wouldn’t consider discretion and being respectful in its regard.

Darn it didn't work for me. Used the entire bottle. For reference I lift weights and Im very active. I drink a gallon of water a day .. I got so constipated I had utilize 2 bowel regiments to complete the bottle. Great packaging and wanted this to work. I am 50 years old and in menopause.. so might just be a fluke but didn't work for me

After using these for a few weeks there is no lack of getting wet. No more irritation, dryness or pain. Helps with mood too knowing that everything down there is working the way it is supposed too!
