Unfortunately I only took one bottle of these so I cannot attest to their effectiveness. I will say that the taste isn't too too bad, I just chewed them up really quickly. I do like that they are gummies as I have difficulty dealing pills. I noticed a slight increase in my overall energy levels, so that's a plus. The texture is about like any other gummy supplement I have purchased, a bit harder and more dense than gummy candy.

Convenient gummies. Taste is not bad, but it does seem off, kind of chemical tasting. The down side is they stick together. Not just a little bit, but like they are molded together. Have to cut them apart with a knife to get approximately the correct size. With all the options out there, I would not purchase this brand again.
