I love the fact that my product arrived quickly.This eye cover is so comfortable and easy to use. I just pop it in the microwave to warm it up , then just sit back and relax!

This product is advertised as washable, but instructions say: Do not immerse.Not that sanitary.

This masks heats quickly (15 seconds) , light weight and stays comfortable.

This compress needs to be heated in a microwave, on a paper towel. I 've found that 18 seconds on high is just about right, the 20 secs. they recommend is a little too hot for me. The adjustable strap its good, and it's a good idea to lie down when you use it, naturally. Wish it could be totally washed in water, but it cannot.....just spot cleaning. I have several eye doctors; one says to use it once a week, the other says every day, for 10 minutes. Compromise now, every 3 or 4 days. No miracles, but good way to rest the eyes.

I ordered this eye mask after needing to use heat several times a day to help with a painful eye stye. Heats up fast and evenly , easy to clean and fits well . Great product
