Great vitamins- doens't contain iodine
I've been taking these vitamins for a couple of months, and it seems to be pretty good. The reason I got Puritan's Pride instead of what I had been getting off and on in the past (One a Day and Centrum) is becuase these particular vitamins don't contain 'iodine.' I always broke out taking multi-vitamins in the past, and when I researched a bit, the link between multi-vitamins and acne appeared to be iodine. I'm 26, and PP One Daily for Women has been the first multi-vitamins that I've taken in the past 10 years that has not made me break out! The pills are about the same size as one a day and centrum.
