Been using these for a while. Impressed.
I wanted a vegan alternative to fish based omegas. I've been using these for a good few months and think they're great. Its always hard to know how well any supplement is working but Ive been feeling good round, blood tests and pressure have been consistently good. Do these help? I think so, cant be 100% sure but thats my feeling.No after taste, easy to swallow and a good price. Recommended.

Easy to swallow and no unpleasnat aftertaste
I got these to help with my menopause joint pain - it's not nice getting old hahaI haven;t been taking them for long so don't know if they will make much difference to my joints, but I will continue with them for a while and updaye my review later.I am someone who struggles will pills but these are easy to swallow and don't leave an aftertaste.

Great Vegan Alternative
Product was delivered promptly - in fact I now receive them every month through Amazon’s subscription scheme.They are cheaper than another brand I was purchasing. I feel quality is the same. Easy to swallow, I note a slight fishy taste which I suppose is natural. The other brand I tried had the same taste.Could packaging be reduced and also help environment etc by supplying in sealed envelopes and capsules then decanted into the bottle? Just a thought!!Thank you

Nice little capsules
These are the only Algae oil Omega 3 capsules, I could find, that also contain Astaxanthin and Flaxseed seed oil. A perfect combination and all Vegan.For those who cannot tolerate fish oil, they are a great alternative. They are small and very easy to swallow. I just ordered my second bottle and I will continue to buy, just wish they came in a larger size as well.

Gave me heartburn
I thought I would give vegan omega a go, after years of fish omega. Basically, the fish eat the algae which causes them to have omega in the first place (so I thought let's cut out the middle man, and help the environment).Sadly these gave me a constant, immense heartburn within days of starting to take them. I have never reacted to fish omega in all my years taking it.However, my partner is also taking these, and started the same day as me. He has not had a single episode of heartburn.
