Relaxing, soothing, and effective
This Tiger Balm neck and shoulder rub is a life changer. I put it on my shoulders and neck every night before bed now and rub some along the sides of my face in front of my ears to my temples. I then waft it under my nose. The feeling is almost immediate: not a pain relief but a soothing feeling, an invitation to allow your muscles to relax and unstiffen, to allow your mind to float off to sleep. Since I began using it nightly about a year ago, I haven’t had any problems falling asleep. This is more gentle than the athletic versions and has a more subtle smell that lingers away.
