The best of its breed
I have been using and promoting this green product for decades. It has everything. Maybe the king of green drinks. From a creative company. All these micronutrient companies are in flux. So choose wisely.

This stuff is great
Great for vitamin intake and probiotic. A tad expensive but worth it.

Refrigeration Is a Non-Issue
I have been using this for over five years now, and just called Nutricology to clarify this point. I have seen some comments about the label stating that refrigeration is required, but the product wasn't refrigerated when received. That's because firstly, as I suspected, refrigeration isn't actually required, but is preferred when possible, and then only after the product has been opened. According to Nutricology, unopened product requires no refrigeration.I also confirmed with Nutricology that California law requires the label to state that there is lead present in the product because most soil contains lead and the plants used to make the product absorb it. No lead is added in any way. I have also been using this product on recommendation of my naturopath, who would never recommend anything toxic to me, nor have I experienced any ill effects from using this product once daily in that time. Just FYI. I hope that this information is helpful.

Have used for years
I love this product - I suffered from Giardia for many years and nothing helped. I started using ProGreens about 10 years ago and slowly my system returned to normal. My ONLY complaint is that I only ever got a shaker cup and lid with my first order and have never been able to find one to buy since (even though I have probably order it hundreds of times by now). It should be an option to add it with any order. I even emailed the Nutricology people directly and got no response. This is crazy. I know you can use a different shaker, but I am used to this one and, even though the measurements have worn off a bit, I still rely on it every morning to add the right amount of water, etc. Does anyone know where to get an official ProGreens shaker cup and lid?

Almost there
One of many supplements I've tried, and so far its my #2 pick. The pros are that it contains excellent ingredients that are well-cared for, organic, it's gluten-free, dairy-free, and also contains probiotics. The cons are that it tastes/smells like fish food to me (and I've read things about citric acid compromising the integrity of the ingredients so I only mix with water, cold green tea, or apple juice), it doesn't mix well with only a spoon (i needed a milk frother), and even when thoroughly-mixed it can still have a grainy/sandy texture I wasn't a fan of (but one that plagued most of the green drinks I've tried). The other thing that bothered me was the way the spoon was packaged in there... it has such a long stem that they have to put it in upside-down with the scoop end facing up, which means until you lessen the level of progreens in the container, you're touching the scoop and the scoop handle for awhile (and accidentally getting little bits spilled on the counter in the process). Once I had less in the container I just cut the spoon in half and now it rest spoon-side down, so I no longer have to touch and possibly contaminate the part of the spoon that touches the product. Maybe that's not a big deal to anyone else, but it was a little peeve of mine. The best product I've tried so far is actually local to me (Pittsburgh, PA) and I was given a free sample at a Right By Nature store. Its ingredients were very similar to Progreens, as was the care they take with them, but their product mixed a bit better and has some stevia added so that it tasted pretty decent with just plain water. It was called Go4Greens, and I don't see them selling it on amazon or ebay, but if you google it you'll find their website. I would've never known they existed had we not stumbled on that free sample table (the person with me also agreed that their product mixed better and tasted better than what she was trying currently as well--- vitamineral green).

Best Green Drink I've Tried
Progreens was recommended by a homeopath. I've found it tastes a lot better than some of the other green drinks I've tried and have been happy with it!

I love it! (I ran out this last time before ...
I have been using Pro Greens for over two years now....my iron levels have been up (normal) since the first month of use and my platelets are up as well...I love it! (I ran out this last time before reordering and man could I feel it!) I like to order two at a time and then reorder once the first bottle is gone...I put it in a smoothie each morning with coconut water, fruit, flax and chia seeds with a protein powder, it really gets me through my day! (One day I'll venture out and try the pill form of this wonderful product, but I don't do pills very well...so I'm a bit apprehensive about trying the pill form.)I suggest you use ProGreens, it does make a difference!
