Toilet paper is very soft

The paper is strong and soft. The 2 layers stay together and it does not fall apart during use. It doesn't shed or stick to my skin when wet. As far as value goes, toilet paper in general is very expensive. Soon we will be choosing between medicine and food items and toilet paper. Unless the industry comes down in the cost for toilet paper I see many of us choosing to use a bidet and rags that we use for drying. This is the best toilet paper out there for my needs, unless they change something disguised as "new and improved" or, new look, same quality."Have any of you noticed that the WIDTH of the toilet paper is getting smaller and smaller? It used to be that a roll of toilet paper was as wide as the holder. Now, I have to use more sheets to get the coverage I need by using the sheet length as the width to so the job.I do not know if the companies even post the actual width of the rolls anymore. I just know that I need less of this toilet paper because it stays together while in use. Plus I like the way it feels on my skin.

My family lives in God's Country with Well, Septic, and Propane. We only use White Cloud Toilet Paper as what I consider the best septic safe toilet paper on the market that also has strength, softness, and sufficient roll capacity as Made in the USA forever. White Cloud comes in both 3-Ply and 2-Ply where 2-Ply degrades best in septic systems without sacrificing comfort or performance. Unfortunately, most of my local retailers only now carry 3-Ply White Cloud but fortunately Amazon does carry 2-ply under a strong product relationship with White Cloud. I bought a box of 24 rolls of 2-Ply White Cloud for a very reasonable price with my usual free Prime Shipping. Thanks to Amazon I'll be able to purchase and use 2-ply White Cloud Toilet Paper for a long time to come.

Not as soft as I expected. Does not leave much residue but not enough on the roll to justify premium pricing.

This is the original White Cloud toilet paper made in the USA. There is a new 3Ply White Cloud that is made in Canada and it is NOT the same quality. Read the reviews on both. This brand has been trusted for decades by many and was exclusive to Kmart when it was the top retailer out there. It is a bit more expensive and price goes up and down, BUT, you get what you pay for! This is a quality TP and is septic safe. I was delighted to find White Cloud once again and have also purchased their paper towels, also USA made. If you are tired of the dust and price of Charmin, give this a try. You will not be disappointed!

Longtime loyal Charmin Ultra soft users but we noticed in our latest shipment that we were burning through Charmin Ultra soft. I saw that the new rolls were just as big but had fewer sheets/roll. I grew up with White Cloud and decided to give it a try again. Just as good as Charmin, more sheets on a roll, and saves us a few bucks on each order.

I have been loyal to the brand for approximately 25 years but had just decided to make my own comparison two other brands because I couldn't believe what I was purchasing in the last few years could possibly be what kept me blindly loyal when I knew what I was purchasing was harsh and rough and causing sore Bottoms in my household. I knew I had purchased a four pack during covid when White Cloud was unavailable and it was definitely softer than the White Cloud I've been buying in recent years but I still stayed loyal and only ordered these newly on the market to see if they had significantly improved before I begin my own tests of other brand names. There was one recent White Cloud version I spoke with the company about that was apparently a shortly produced product described as more compressed even though it was to fly and they went overboard on the compression because it felt like some decades old cheap version used and septic tanks though I never had one. The remaining 12 roll pack of that version will be part of the next donation pick up from me. And because of current experiences of the one that seems to have been continually deteriorating in quality of which gratefully I only have three rolls left, I prematurely broke into this new purchase Packaging for the instant relief required to find out if they really had improved or if I still needed to begin a test of other brand names. That is why I think they may have returned to the kind of quality of those early years when Kmart was exclusive source. As I said I'm grateful I only have three rolls left of what had deteriorated and feels almost as compressed into a harsh single layer, something I never would have selected those decades ago had it been the quality it is today so hopefully they will have sense enough to absolutely discontinue it as they had the one briefly on the market that was even harsher through compression of the layers. I will be paying more attention and not blindly trusting the White Cloud reputation and product name as I have at least the last five years and regret it. If they start cutting costs and product deterioration as a result, my loyalty is not what it used to be and I'll be gone since I'm annoyed at myself for ignoring the changes I have noticed for some time and why I even tried that white cloud brand that was even worse! We needn't be victims of cost-cutting methods.
