Pelican Cell Phone Case for Galaxy S8 Plus - Black/Light Gray

I still can't believe this case was only $5. I've used the case for a few months, and find the quality to be outstanding. I am not one who is prone to dropping my phone, but believe this case would adequately protect my S8-plus. The case fits snuggly around the phone, with enough texture to the case to not feel as if it might slip out of my hand. As others have mentioned, the controls at the side of the phone are a little stiff initially, but have become a little more pliable with use (they still remain a bit stiff, but not terribly annoying). I personally find the cases with more pliable control buttons (Otterbox) tend to fall apart more quickly. This case is a total win!

Had one of these on my S8+ from June of 2017 to October 2019. The soft pieces over the buttons and the soft part of the bottom finally started to peel, but it kept my phone working great for over two years.I used Otterboxes on my previous phones, but I loved this Pelican case so much that I just bought a second one to replace the old one. Great quality, comfortable to hold, nice and slim - truly a fantastic phone case. Looking forward to another two years with this!

Had to remove a star, only because the side button doesnt stick out much when pressing it to turn on/off your screen. I've used Pelican before and it lasted for more than 2 years so I'm pretty familiar with it which is why I decided to buy a new case for my phone. It works well when you drop your phone, face up or down. The case feels sturdy and not cheap. Price is really reasonable for the results you get.

Great price! Bought the first one at least 3 years ago when the 8 first came out. Dropped my phone constantly over the years and never once broke. The case wore out of the years, so I decided to buy the same one again. Loved that it was so cheap compared to the first one at over $50. Great product stands by its description.

I love Spigen products so I definitely had to get a Spigen case for my backup galaxy s8 plus phone . Already it has saved my phone from being destroyed when it fell off a roof 14 feet down onto a concrete sidewalk , not a scratch on my phone thanks to Spigen's awesome quality case . I would recommend Spigen cases to anyone friends and family alike if they want a good quality case to protect their phone. Awesome job Spigen .

Best case! I've had many of the good ones including Otters and this little Baby beats them all. It's not even close. Get it, you'll be happy, promise. Looks are ok, price is ok ...protection though I've found to be vastly superior to competing products I've tried.

I bought this case to protect my Galaxy 8+, I have carried this case for 6 months as of the time of review. The case has held up amazingly well up to this point. After 6 months of use, it has a few scuffs and scratches, the phone itself is in amazing shape even though it has been dropped several times. I would and have encouraged others to get this case as soon as they get their phone to protect it. In my opinion, its a must buy.

This has been a pretty high quality phone case. It's robust enough to offer significant protection, and doesn't add too much bulk to the phone's profile.

I was glad to find this since it was an exact replacement for my old one.
