I've been searching for a backpack like Lara Croft's from the PC game "Tomb Raider: Anniversary" for years since I got sick of full-size backpacks, which always seem to put all the weight on the small of your back (worst place for it!!!). This little pack is perfect for keeping the weight higher on your back and better for your body. It's a great size for day to day essentials like a book, thermos, snack, phone, and first aid kit, plus room for a water bottle and packable umbrella on the outside mesh pockets. I adore it, and recommend it highly. It could probably fit a small tablet, but not a laptop, but I haven't tried. The only ways it could really be improved would be: 1) for it to be made of cotton rather than polyester (this would fix the problem of it smelling bad from sweat, and the problem of the straps tending to cut into your flesh if you've got it packed real heavy (as every guitarist knows, cotton straps are so much better)), and 2) the inner pocket in the main compartment being located not up against your back (because if you put small, hard things like nail clippers and tweezers in it, you can feel them through the padding). But it's really designed well other than that and seems pretty durable, and I'm so glad I found it!

I absolutely love this little backpack. Anyone that knows me I am the queen of returns, and this is one of the few items that I have boughten over the years that I actually really like and have had no regrets on this purchase. I have it on my save for later list for when this one break's so I can replace it with another one.I like purses but they always hurt my shoulders if worn to long and even over the body shoulder purses hurt the shoulder that the purse strap is on. I had thought of and looked into wearing mini backpacks but every time I would look at them, they were all hard shell and stiff. I happen to be in a store one day and came across this exact one and fell in love with it right away. However, the price was more then I wanted to pay and when looking it up saw it was much cheaper on Amazon if my memory serves me right.Well, suffice to say, I finally bought it and haven't looked back.

One of my best Amazon Purchases. Perfect for hands free hiking, which is what I'm using it for. Holds my keys, water bottle and any essentials I need without weighing me down. Can be used for a multiple of other purposes. Pretty neutral color. Highly recommend.

I love the design, but it’s very small. If you get the one with side bottle holders, you’ll probably not be able to put anything in them because they’re so tight.

I was inspired to find a 'mini' backpack AFTER a trip where we stood in line significantly longer than expected, resulting in me getting sunburned because I didn't have anything to conveniently carry sunscreen in. When you're going to be under a flimsy plastic cover at a Niagara attraction, expecting to get soaked, you don't want to be trying to carry an expensive purse. Well, at another attraction, we saw a young girl with an adorable little backpack whip out her sunscreen.Hence my quest for the perfect size for the very important sunscreen (and the husband's inhaler) that adjusts to my or his arms/shoulders. This fits the bill. Spray and cream sunscreen, inhaler, lip balm, and an interior pocket for the passports/money/wallet. The mesh side pockets are a stretch for a water bottle.Too early to speak to its longevity, but perfect for the tourist's important items to have on hand.

Bought this for Disney. It’s a mini backpack, but it somehow fits so much. I had two adult-size O2Cool Mist N’ Sip water bottles inside the main pouch. A 16 oz sprite in the side pouch. Two iPhones, chapstick, charger and cord, and IDs/credit cards in front pouch. And I fit a 3 oz sunscreen and bottle of Advil with the water bottles. This bag is magical.

I bought this bag a few years back and I waited now to review it because I wanted to be sure of durability. I can honestly say that this bag is still standing strong. My son graduated from me hauling his diaper bag around to carrying this only for him. Storage is no issue if you want to pack the necessaries. He takes this bag every Sunday to church. I usually pack a small blanket, face cloth, 2 juice boxes, water, snacks, wipes and depending on the activity, a book and pencil. It fits. No wears or tears from frequently washing either. I love. Still going after purchasing in 2022. It's 2025 now.

All and all I would recommend buying this little backpack. It’s small, but very roomy. I also liked how light weight it is. Though I gave it away to a friend because I didn’t need it anymore. I would still recommend this pack back if you are looking for something to care your essentials and more.
