A little large for my little dog.
My dog fell in and it kept him afloat. I think he was really shocked by the whole experience. He is at the small end of the weight range, and the collar is a little big for him, even though it's tightened as much as possible. As long as I keep the rest of the vest tight, it seems to work for him.

Works well
This is the second one that I have purchased for my Jack Russell because she loves to swim with my grandkids, and I put this on her and it works wonderful she isn't afraid and has a blast with them. Absolutely love it.
