Really good and help you to stop smoking cigarettes. Any Craving just pop in your mouth and the craving goes away superb quality and very good value for money to come in a little blue hard plastic part which keeps them safe and secure easy to open and just pop in in your mouth when you get the craving. There are a mild mint flavour and very pleasant
