A good phone for the price.
Bought this for my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. The ringing volume is not very loud even on the highest setting and the choice of tones is very limited. Where this is good is on the volume of the audio when actually on a call. It is very clear and loud and better than the BT phone. As this phone is aimed at the more elderly person, more thought should have gone into the requirements and not on things like an fm radio and camera etc which just adds further complications for someone who isn't technically minded. The battery seems to last a lifetime and even after not being charged for 3 days, the level had only dropped by one bar. The base charger works well and we get mum to keep the phone on it next to her home phone so it's always ready for use.The SOS button on the rear could be a really handy thing if it's required in an emergency. One drawback once the button is pressed and a short siren is heard, the phone dials each of the (up to) 5 numbers you have stored, 3 times! When if the first number is answered, when you clear down it will dial all the other numbers and then do them all again and again! This could mean up to 15 calls if you have all numbers allocated. Surely it would be much better to stop after the first answered call? We only have 2 numbers stored, myself and my wife so will each get 3 calls if the SOS is pressed. A small inconvenience if there really is an emergency. The phone is unlocked and we have bought a £6/ month sim card with unlimited calls. The data and texts will never be used.We are trying to get mum to make all her calls on this phone and she can talk as long as she wants.. much cheaper than BT charges!Yes, this is a super little phone but let down by a few niggles. At less than £30 you can't go far wrong.

Perfect for elders
Bought it for my uncle and he’s absolutely enjoying it. The buttons have clear numbers and letters to help with poor vision. The ringing is very loud and the battery lasts ages! Impossible to go out of charge either once it’s in dock

Would not recommend
This product is for the elderly but only comes with a usb cable (this was bought for a 91 year old with no computer) so had buy a plug to charge. It is very complicated to use, instructions are terrible and cannot change ring tone or message tone and a complete faff to send a message. Would never recommend.

Love it
The quality is very good, the key is big, very sensitive and clear, the voice is very loud, including the number reporting all the time, which are very loud, very resistant to electricity. The mobile phone is very light and just the right size. It is very suitable for the elderly. It can turn on the radio. It has many practical functions, and the operation is not complicated. I like it very much

Put a £4 Asda SIM card in it (unlimited calls and texts). He cancelled his landline which was £32 through sky!Dad is useless at technical things but has sussed this out!If you want anything other than a phone or texting device this is not for you.If you want a simple to use phone for people who are useless using gadgets it is perfect!!!!!!!!
