Good for the money
I was looking for a set within the "inexpensive bracket" and found this and another potential option. This set is for light play/recreational use, but it's fun. I would suggest this set for younger kid use, not bigger kids or adults. I would not recommend hard competitive play or trying to dunk on this goal. If you want a set for any of the reasons just mentioned then I encourage you to spend the extra $$$ on a more quality set; however, it was perfect for my needs.

Not good for dunking
The hoop is made if plastic and does not stay secured to the back when playing… cannot dunk or play for too long before the hoop falls off the backboard. I do not recommend this for teenage boys or anyone wanting to play a decent game. It’s probably good for younger smaller kids that want to shoot baskets from across the pool and that’s it..

Plastic screw broke quickly! Can’t find replacement part.
The plastic screw that connects the hoop to the backboard broke not too long after we purchased it. I have tried to find a way to order a replacement, but haven’t found anything yet. My son enjoyed it the few times he got to play. I would really like to fix it so he can get more playing time.

Looks used right out of the package
I took a chance on this even though some reviews were not so good. I should have listened! The paint on the backboard was all wrinkled up and moved around, looked like it had seen a few summers already. Can't imagine what it would end up looking like after having it by the pool this summer so I returned it.

My boys like it
It is easy to install, and makes our water sports more interesting. My boys like it.

Satisfied
The hoop keeps coming out of the backboard. We ended up having to glue it in.

Poor quality
We spent a little more for this thinking it would be sturdy. The hoop is held onto the backboard with one plastic bolt. It may be ok for children up to 5 years but it’s certainly not sturdy enough for preteens or teenagers. The hoop broke off the first weekend we had this.
