Excellent dog door
I spent weeks looking for a suitable dog door. I needed something weather-proof and durable. Installation was a little difficult (definitely need at least two people!) but we have a cheap, hollow door so the drilling wasn't difficult. But once you get it cut, just slap the two sides together and screw it in.My dog uses it all the time, and the seal is very strong and completely weatherized. He chewed a little bit on the corner of the flap, but it's pretty thick so he didn't get too much damage done. Have had it for a few months now and it's holding up quite well!

Simply THE BEST
We had a dog-flap made by the market-leading manufacturer and so I speak from experience when I say that the Endura eclipses the old one in every respect. OK, it is a lot more expensive but I believe this is money well spent. The Endura was easier to fit (lots), much more substantially built and importantly does NOT blow open in high winds (which we get regularly here on the Isle of Skye). As you'll see from the pic, we had to install it in the hole left by the previous dog flap so the flap is not in the most aesthetically pleasing situation, but on a pristine door it would look very smart.Thoroughly recommended by me AND the dog!

Works very well & solid construction!
I like the solid construction of this product & works very well! The price is a little to high for what you get, but you get what you pay for! The dog goes through it probably fifty times a day & and only took a couple days for him to figure it out!

Best performing solution there is.
If you have ever installed a dog door yourself, you know the feeling when your house horse decides they'd rather just have an unimpeded path to their stomping grounds, eating the rubber flap, plastic housing, and a concerning amount of insulation from inside the actual door. You come home, encounter a giant gaping hole in your house, allowing snow, cold air, the neighbor's kids, and whatever else is empowered to set up shop, hanging out in your kitchen. Even though your dog is proud of his recent accomplishments and you want to be supportive, it's also quite frustrating. After going through the described scenario not once or twice, but three times in an 8 month period with various other door styles. I decided to get serious about solving the problem, even though the neighbor kids were starting to grow on me. My 100lb, prominently jowled, summer sausage tail swinging, chocolate Lab wasn't going to win this one. Even if he was better rested than me because my wife insisted on that $200 Tempurpedic dog bed.I researched for hours, obsessing about the details, reading the reviews. This is the one that kept rising to the top. I bit the bullet for $300 and ordered the large door. It showed up, directions were good and I put it in without a hitch. Keep in mind, I was well-practiced with installation at this point, and I already had a hole cut in the door from the previous three attempts, which happened to be the same size.We have now had it for over 2 years, and this thing is built to last. It is a full metal frame (chew proof) and has a magnet system that surrounds the entire opening, minus the hinge. We are on the original flap still, which just requires the occasional soapy wipe down. The wind doesn't push it open like others I have used and it keeps your indoor climate indoors. It is a little loud though, and that takes some getting used to, but I don't mind. It's the sound of effective design and I couldn't be happier. Buy it, you won't be let down.Installation tips: Take the door off the hinges, place it on sawhorses with towels, put masking tape on the door where the cuts will be, draw your lines on the tape, tape the bottom of the jigsaw so you don't scratch the door, cut one side at a time, not all at once. Measure carefully, be patient, watch videos on youtube. Most importantly, when you are done, be sure to caulk the edge of the dog door frame to the exterior of the door, so that moisture can't get inside the frame or door itself. Good luck.

Fantastic
Dog goes in and out of this all day. It's his little gateway to narnia I think. Nice and smooth and stays sealed in the wind, which we certainly have a lot of near the coast
