What does the "r" in the lcd stand for/mean?

R stands for right, meaning the current torque direction is clockwise. L stands for left, meaning the current torque direction is counterclockwise. When you turn the torque wrench clockwise, the upper left corner of the screen will display R; when you turn the torque wrench counterclockwise, the upper left corner of the screen will display L. Will this work for setting up the pinion drag in inch lbs as low as 5 to 8 inch lbs of drag

Not the 3/8" drive. The smaller 1/4" drive units will.

Is the 3/8 for spark plugs or do I need tha 1/4
