I love to eat, but I do not love what it does to me when I do eat. I have been using this product for a number of years. For years (before) I had difficulty with ah ... "loose bowels" - not to be too blunt. I have always taken digestive enzymes in the past. I decided to try these enzymes and they have not disappointed. I feel that they do the job in helping me digest the dairy and fats that seem to get in my stomach. I usually take one with each meal so like 3 per day. I feel more lite on my feet when I know I haven't been eating the best and it can only be from these enzymes.
