Metatarsal Felt Foot Pad Skived Cut (1/4" Thick) - Made in USA - 6 Pairs (12 Pieces)

These are bigger than the ones my foot Dr cut to put in my shoes, but once I used these and got used to them I like these better. I like to wear flip flops during the warm season (9 or ten months of the year) ;) .So I put them directly on my foot so that I can change them often without wrestling with insoles or placement, or changing shoes. They are variable on how sticky they are, some are VERY and some not so much but I have never had an issue with one of these falling off or moving. Quality is very good for what they are, they usually get dirty before they go flat for me.

I bought metatarsal pads on the advice of my podiatrist. These were shipped fast. They are of the same quality (apparently) as the one my podiatrist applied to my shoe after my initial appointment. While I don't plan to have these replace a custom pair of orthotic insoles, they are suitable while I wait for my orthotics to arrive. The durability, adhesion to different shoe insoles, and comfort (relief from pain and discomfort) make these a "best buy."

These seem to be helping the pain in my foot. I like the fact that I have the flexibility of attaching this to my foot or shoe. I like attaching this to my foot the best as I can get the pad where it is needed easier. This adheres to the bottom of the foot nicely. I'm able to reuse it several times before it won't stick anymore.

I don’t completely understand HOW these work, but they do. After a vacation where I did a LOT of walking I had a lot of foot pain between my arch and the ball of my foot. I googled it and these pads were recommended. I put them on before walking and the pain has lessened significantly. Worth it!

Not sure if they work or not, but they do leave a sticky film on the bottom of your foot.

These are so great, I never knew that there is such a thing as Metatarsalgia. They really relieve my foot pain, I just hope it heals up.

Suggested by my Podiatrist which is somewhat helpful to relieve the pain in my toes. After some time to adjust, I'm sure these will be great/
