Quality item. No problem with it.

I found it helped my heel pain enormously. I did not rate it as a 5 star product because the protective cloth that coats the foam pads that one inserts inside the boot so that your foot fits snuggly, just came loose the second time I used the boot, so I just tossed them and continued to use the foam pads without that piece of fabric. It doesn't make a difference, really. Also, I had to apply some "gorilla glue" to one of the boots, because the sole was slightly loose from the boot in the area of the toes, but it was really a very minor thing. I just wanted to make sure it didn't become unglued. The price is very good.I recommend this boot for anyone suffering from heel pain.
