I would say they are good for stones

Are these paints suitable to use on the face or body?

No. I've only used them for canvas paintings.

Does these glow in the dark?

Not in my experience no. They need exposure to a lot of natural light or strong artificial light to glow, which wasn’t possible in the context I used them.

Can these be used on outside decorations
