INNSTAR Pull up Assist Band System Adjustable Anti Snap Chin Up Assistance Elastic Resistance Band “Patent Pending”

I am just starting to work on pull ups and there is no way I could do them without the assist. This one was very easy to put on my pull up bar -- just wrap it over the bar and hook the carabiner into one of the many loops on the strap. The multiple options for loops lets you pick just the right length for you and the level of assistance that you need. I also like that it is optimistic enough that at some point in the far away future I might not need as much band assist and the option is there to lengthen the strap and/or remove 1 or 2 of the 3 elastic bands. The elastic bands are very very strong and work just fine even with my weight -- they assist well and are very sturdy (and not too stretchy). It shows that you can also use this as a type of resistance band for other exercise -- but the resistance of these is so strong I could not do the upper body options -- so I will just use it for the assist as it works perfectly for this, but if you are really looking to build, this band will give you a heavy resistance for other exercises. I am very pleased with the band and look forward to being able to work on my pull ups at home.

I don’t know which size person this was made for… But I do know it was not made for an adult male or female. This has to be for a small child. It’s tiny. it won’t do anything. you’re gonna hurt yourself if you try.Skip this purchase.

Very strong bar and installed in minutes. Added a strap for pull-ups with ease. Smooth hand grip, and not too big (my hands take medium gloves). My install is above door edging so cannot comment on attachment to bare walls. I left the plastic shipping on the pads to preserve them (not likely recommended by the manufacturer but I like to keep them clean). Hope this helps.
