the hair needs to be at a certain length to be removed which is understandable. it does hurt but thats also understandable, same as waxing. not faster than shaving, but the results last much longer. if you use it "down below" you wont get the itching sensation as the hair grows back. it comes with a cute pink pouch.

It is very disappointing, I tried to remove hair from chin and it does nothing. It does not explain anything and I don't even see how you can clean it since there in no hair one it.
