Do they stay up and not fall down?

I use double sided fabric tape to help them stay up all day. It works well for me.

Will these fit a size 6 foot?

Yes. That is the size I wear. These really are not sized, They are just tube like.

Do these slide down you leg?

No. I really like them. For the price you can't beat it.
