it’s mad hard to open and close but it’s so cool. Ngl I gyatt jump scared by my Johnny pc but he still ate

I saw a couple reviews saying that the case was likely to come damaged, but it was well wraped so there wasn't even a crack! It alos came with all the photocards. The case is old-school so the area where the cd is kept pops out. The photocards and lyric book were behind there for me!

Came in perfect condition. No cracks in the packaging or anything! Came with photo cards and a small picture booklet

Llegaron sin mucha protección pero en perfectas condiciones, los case están intactos y todo perfecto.

Ha venido en perfectas condiciones.Sinceramente es el jewel case más bonito que he visto nunca, la caja parece bastante más resistente que las tradicionales y aparte trae un compartimento extra donde se encuentran las 2 photocards. Por no añadir que estas se mueven.Como siempre NCT hace unos temazos increíbles que podría escuchar todo el día.¡¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo!!

I opened the album and it was not complete. the only photocards i could find were the AR ones, im so sad

I only got 1 pc out of 2, but that’s a production mistake we can’t do anything about. There was no protection at all. I got lucky my jewel case wasn’t broken and it didn’t come that far. Even a bit of bubble wrap can change a lot, if you order from further and know that your local delivery is bad, I wouldn’t recommend.
