exactly what i was looking for!
I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I am a devout Pilates fan, but my busy schedule has made it hard to get to the classes I love, so I needed some workouts I could do at home. This is just what I was looking for. I tend to get tired of the same routines so I love the fact that there are 6 different work outs to choose from. Some of the workouts are perfect when I want to take it at an easier pace, and some kick my butt! I love that the workouts come with hand weights and a stretch resistance band (my secret weapon to looking great in my forties after having three kids). I think the price was pretty good considering all that came with the set and that one Pilates class at a studio is almost $50! You won't regret getting these.

This is not the normal Winsor Pilates. I love her videos but this is definitely for the much older audience , which is fine but should be made clear before ordering.

Gets you moving with confidence
This is great. I hadn't worked out in many years so this set gives you so many options. You can start at the beginning or jump into a more difficult routine. Excellent price and great product.

For Senior Citizens and Wheel Chair Bound Only
I love Mari Windsor and think her work is great. Unfortunately at 53, I am too advanced for this series. When it says Senior, it means Senior Citizen. This is targeted to the "Silver Set which is 50 and over". After Mari got diagnosed with ALS she started working with wheel chair bound and those with ALS. This is a Wonderful set for people who are older, recovering from injuries or wheel chair bound. This is not for someone used to doing her normal Advanced workouts.

Not what I expected
Not at all what I had expected. I was more advanced that I thought. This is for an absolute beginner, someone that has never done Yoga or Callenetics. If you are looking for a challenge in a new adventure this is not what your looking for. My mom has never tried this type of exercise I am going to send to her.

It should be VERY clear (which it is not) that these are designed for seniors. Very misleading and i am very unhappy with my purchase.
