Very stable ladder. I bought the 4-step ladder and so glad I did. It helps me to reach high into my storage building attic and love the handle to help myself balance. It's very easy to close and to move where I need it without being too heavy. I like the width and length of the step. I am not great at balancing myself, so I appreciate the stability of this ladder. I highly recommend it.

Seems fairly solid, nicely built. I like the fact that it is light weight, stable, and has a safety rail at the top. It does not take up much room when it is folded up.

Very sturdy, stable, easy to use. Stores away nicely in my laundryroom. I can easily reach the top of my 9' Christmas tree with a "spotter" below for added safety.

Good ladder, but wobbles a bit - it doesn’t sit flat on 4 legs.

I really like the shelf, actually the shelf is why I picked this specific “ladder.” I’m a glass artist and store my glass sorted by type and color behind some sliding doors on top of some mounted tool cabinets. When I need glass I need the shelf to place the glass on while selecting the colors and textures. Otherwise I would be going up and down a lot. The wide feet are great for safety, as well. Great product. I highly recommend it. Good value for the money.

Get this ladder if you have a place to store it. It’s the perfect size and it’s very strong and compact.

I just moved into an apartment that has higher ceilings. I immediately realized that my regular kitchen stool was not going to do the trick. This is sturdy and light enough for me to easily move it. It went together very easily. I feel stable on it, and especially like the handle at the top in case I start to feel a little uncertain or wobbly. I can now reach everything I need to reach. I would definitely recommend this and I thought the price was right.
