Casual Swim Only; Too Large for Competition Swmming /Jiu-jitsu Sports
I have to give 2 different ratings: First Rating 5/5 - Advised for casual swimming only. It's a good, thick material and great sewing. Plus side, there's a lot of extra space in the back if you have long hair. The stars on this review are based on casual swimming.Second Rating: 1/5 If you're trying to do competitive swimming or jiu-jitsu this won't work for you because it's too big. Even the extra small is oversized. I have a 22" crown for reference (see images). Like I mentioned before, it's a good, thick material and great sewing but the sizing is not useful for what I need. I was not confident at all it would stay on in martial arts class. So, returned the items.

I LOVE IT!!
Hands down the best swim cap for covered ladies. I can swim without the worry of it falling off. Finally a design that is made for worry free swimming.
