Dial Industries Expandable Office Drawer Desk Organizer Storage Tray

I bought this for my desk at work. It fits perfectly in my drawer and has lots of room for storage, but the pieces that pull out on the sides are not attached at all. Good quality and value for money other than that.

I recently purchased a new desk for my office and some the organizers that worked in my old desk did not work well in the new one. I purchased this organizer because the dimensions were a close match to the drawer I was trying to organize. I also liked that this item had more compartments than some of the others I looked at. When the organizer arrived, it was perfect. I filled it with paper clips, rubber bands and all kinds of other small office supplies.

We have fairly large vanity drawers in our master bath that are 16.5" long and 13.5" wide. We have been searching for a couple of weeks at brick and mortar stores for a drawer organizer without any luck. We found this on amazon and it was perfect. It was the right length and expanded out on the sides to completely fill out the drawer. It also has many deep compartments to help keep the drawer organized. Like other reviewers have said, the expandable sides will not stay in place. We used super glue (that we also bought on Amazon) to glue it together at the size we needed and it holds together fine.

I wish the pieces somehow snapped together. I have mine in a large, shallow desk drawer. They organizer is great, but it is 3 different pieces and the pieces come apart in the drawer.

My home office desk has a very large (28"w x 24" d) but shallow drawer. It is just a big, flat space that always became a jumbled mess within days of my having "straightened things up". These Organizer Trays are terrific. I was able to move dividers around to create individual sections, utilizing every square inch of the drawer. The most challenging issue was the height. For such a big drawer it is fairly shallow at about 2". I had a hard time finding trays that could cover the entire space and yet be shallow enough to allow the drawer to still open and close. I've attached a quick photo I took of the drawer with the Organizer Trays in place. These Organizers have turned a perpetual junk drawer mess into an efficient space for all the odd sundries I seem to collect on my desk.

I love how it expands to fit my drawer. So roomy and easy to stay organized.

Exactly as hoped! Several other reviewers complained about this tray sliding completely apart. YES, because it is an inexpensive, plastic, adjustable drawer insert! It is not meant to be used on its own as either a portable drawer or organizer. It was the reviewer who submitted many photos that convinced me that this was what I was looking for -- I have a similar product in my silverware drawer from another manufacturer that works perfectly for my wide drawer problems. If the sides slide too far out, because your drawer is so wide, or if you are overly energetic when looking through your drawer, add a little duct tape on the underside to affix the slides into position. Easy peasy!
