Had reverse shoulder replacement. Need to work on mobility

I had a twenty year old shoulder injury, diagnosed with 66% tears in both, then reinjured the left one two years ago installing insulation. I kept thinking it would get better but it didn't; started using these and eliminated the pain on first use. I should have gotten this two years ago; of course, I should have gone to the doctor. live and learn.

Using for at home exercise to complement my current PT for a Reverse Left Total Shoulder replacement. I can do many of the same exercises at home, and will be able to continue when I am discharged from PT.

Although I just got it, have managed to hook the pulley one up, and going through the sequence of exercise in booklet, and it dies give some lift in the core muscles, which is making me feel BETTER, like hopeful again, and moving the shoulder and arm (s) in ways that seem helpful, have movement in ways I have not felt for years, so happy. I just walk over and do some pulley exercise when feeling fatigued and feel BETTER, getting more done, doing throughout the day, seems like there has to be improvement. Wondering if neck out of alignment throughout pandemic can cause frozen shoulder. At least I have survived covid this far.

Items all seem to be of good quality and well made, and I appreciate the helpful guides included. Everything is certainly comparable to the equipment that I have used at physical therapy appointments and will be helpful in my recovery. However I feel it is overpriced for what it is. I would have given five stars if it was more reasonably priced.
