I am writing this review for my wife since she has taken this item from me. I am the one that travels in the family and wanted this pillow for that. She has been using it so when she falls asleep on the couch watch her shows she doesn't wake with a crick in her neck. Guess I will have to buy another as she loves this one so much.

Tried and true design. My partner and I fly often and recently had a trip to Europe coming up, so we each bought a neck pillow. He went with a very fancy-looking neck pillow and I went with this simple one. He ended up using mine for all of the flights because it has such great support. The fabric itself is very soft and the memory foam perfectly cradles your head. Well worth the price for a semi-comfortable flight.

And didn't even list the correct product in their email.Bought 2 of these for a long flight for my wife and myself. They were awful. They seem to be made of a very hard foam, almost like a super stiff memory foam. Because of the stiffness we were much more comfortable not using it. We ended up not using them at all after the first 30 minutes of our flight. On top of that the first time I tried to snap one of them the stitches came undone and the tab tore right off. If you like a lot of hard support you might enjoy these but they were literally a pain to use for us

I have bad neck pain and migraines. This pillow has helped me so much! Its super comfy, i love the firm, yet soft feel. I also use it in my car to take lunchtime naps lol. The other thing i do is use it at night to prevent hyperextending my neck or turning in a bad position at night. I love this thing!

It's nice to see a company go out of the way with packaging, warranty, and providing a nice product. The cover detaches from the foam pillow and washed up nicely. This is a quality item, it is plenty big and not tight feeling and someone else commented. This is memory foam and is rather firm, so it's not the super plush cushy neck pillow some may want but the tradeoff is more support. However the cover is very soft and velvety. Wish it was a touch less firm but it's still comfortable and flexible and a nice 5 star product. Thanks!

It is soft but structured. The front snap helps it stay in place. Maybe I have a small neck, but it moves around more than I though it would. There is no way to make it more snug. It seems to be better when there is something behind it (like leaning up against a wall, where you need some neck support but the pillow has something to push back against). I wish the fabric were more breathable. The velvet gets a little hot after a while. While this may have sounded like a lot of negatives, it does the job and is lightweight. The travel snap makes it easy to take places and it is also good back(lumbar) support if you are sitting at a desk chair all day.

This pillow felt nice, but as soon as I put it around my neck I noticed a strange musty smell. Almost like mushrooms and dust. Returned.

I love traveling and after my dad took my travel pillow, I decided to look for another one. It said memory foam but I wasn’t sure if it really was memory foam. Other products claim to be but never are. This pillow is definitely that and the fabric is super soft. I highly recommend if you’re like me and take naps while flying!
