I had a spinal cord stimulator put in and this helped to keep my back held closely to my body.

I have lost 60 lbs and wanted this to firm my waist and hip area up. I have 25 more lbs to go so I opted to order the size closest to my inches now. It fit perfect without having the extra thickness I would have had with the next size up. I wore it all day yesterday and felt very comfortable. Only been wearing a couple of weeks but can tell a difference.

This product held up to a level of quality commensurate with its cost; had I paid more for it, I would not be happy with its performance. However, overall, it is a good product. It allows tailored compression and stayed in place. It was easy to remove and position. The only drawback is that repeated removals seem to fray the material. (The Velcro is strong and attaches well - maybe too well, since it causes fraying. It makes me question how long the product will be useful.) I've had this item for several weeks and it has held up well. The fraying hasn't affected its function during this timeframe.

Was a bit large for me with extra in the front. Could be stiffer- it rolled la little.
