Does the mirror come with the mounting plate?

It comes with everything except the glue. Please be advised if I had it to do over I would have gotten the wider mirror.

Will this glue directly to the windshield or do you have to have the old mirror's bracket?

Will this fit a 2015 Kia Soul?
