Tastes great. Don't get the kind with sawdust in it (cellulose). This is WAY better.
This is great parmesan cheese and tastes awesome on easy-over fried eggs, as well as gluten-free pasta of all kinds.

This 365 by Whole Food Grated Parmesan and Romano is a great tasting cheese blend. Easy to open and shake out, it has a pleasant smell and a good texture. A really good value for a quality cheese, I would definitely purchase it again. Mine arrived fresh/in date and in very good condition. The container is quite sturdy. I like using mine for pizza & spaghetti; I'd rate this grated Parmesan & Romano blend five stars.
