Q: Does it have back pack strap?

This model comes with a shoulder strap but not back pack straps. Brightline does make an optional rear pack with back pack straps for $48 which is not included in their standard configurations. But the great thing about the Flex system is that you can build your own custom configuration. The standard B7 Flight Echo includes the following: Pocket Cap Front, 3" Center Section (CS3), 4" Center Section (CS4), Flat Cap Rear, Side Pocket Alpha, Side Pocket ECHO, Main Handle J-Hook, and Shoulder Strap. If you wanted back pack straps you could order it with the Pack Cap Rear instead.

The convertible panel on the back gives you the ability to slide your BrightLine Bag onto the telescoping handles of a rolling suitcase or folding cart. The bag's main handle also has slots on it to hold in one place for a J-Hook if you prefer to attach you bag that way.

My husbands iPad Pro fits with plenty of extra room. He doesn’t have exact measurements of the chrome book but he would have to say yes it would. He loves the bag.

Yes - this version is the "Echo" and has the notched handle for J-Hook Assemblies.
