Great product. Easy to use. No irritation.Packaging, rather poor as the product box was damaged, partly wet. (I keep products in their boxes.) There was no dampness around the bottle. Product appears whole. I have used this product for a long time and this is the first time there is some sort of damage to the packaging.

I had a problem where my eyes were stinging like they had soap in them usually starting in the early afternoon. I went to see my ophthalmologist. He said I have a condition where the glands in my eyelids don't produce enough oil in combination with the other two ingredients that glands around the eyes tend to produce. He recommended this product along with a warm eye compress and some lubricating eye drops. When I read the ingredients for this product, I was skeptical that it would do anything because of the simple list of ingredients. It looked like some kind of homeopathic remedy. I decided to give it a try since my ophthalmologist recommended it. To my surprise it started working immediately. The first time I used it it made the stinging stop almost instantly. As I have been using it regularly once in the morning and once in the afternoon the stinging has not come back. I am amazed not only by how good this product is at preventing the stinging, but at how quickly it makemade it stop.

Wonderful product! Soothing and effectively helped my allergies! My kids had been swollen for weeks due to a reaction to eye makeup and this fixed the problem.

This was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist as an option to help reduce bacteria on the eyelid and hopefully prevent styes and eye infections. It feels nice to spray on the eyes however you need to hold it away from your face because if you spray too close it will definitely burn your eyes. I used for several months and had to stop as it began irritating my dry eyes.

This is an amazing product as are the Optase wipes. Using both together has improved my eyes, my lashes and the skin around my eyes. No more redness or soreness.

Product arrived with no seal. Packaging was yellowed and stained. Used once and developed an eye infection. Smell was off and I suspect product was contaminated. Do no order.

Works great on the eyelids to help clean the gunk off of them in the morning and before bed.
