nice on own, or over extra portion plain oats, sweet but not cloying. Overall pleasant
I rather like it. It isnt perfect, but it is tasty and shelf stable. But food now while you still can, hm? Makes nice option among other oat products I use. Works as a quick snack, or as a "dessert". Add a little vanilla yogurt for extra tasty treat. Or if you are clever, figure out how to make it a cake. Or simply enjoy it as is. Just add hot water, or use microwave. Nice on the go convenience.I was at first taken aback by the 17 grams of added sugar (22 total). Sugar is the second ingredient, but seeing that it isnt a daily item for me, I am simply enjoying it as something different. I keep a well stocked pantry, and I am looking to boost it a little further by peppering items with added appeal. I have the apple & walnut variety, and it has a pleasant flavor. Sweet but not cloying. I usually add in additional handful of chopped apples. I would even go with more walnuts, but at that point I should just make it "from scratch" using plain oats. Since this isnt a big portion (to me), I could easily eat 2. It is a regular portion, but I have also used it alongside a serving of plain oats.I can taste the apples, cinnamon, cranberries, but I found the cups to be a little lacking in the walnuts. Even so, it is pretty good. I would consider more if the price is right (I dont rate on price- you do you).Well packaged, I dont care what the expiry date is. Stuff like this lasts a very long time.

These are great if the package arrives
Ordered once and thought this was a great thing. Had another one sent to my college student and she loved these. Ordered again for myself and never received. contacted company and got no replies. Will never order again.

Availability as of November 2022
Just spent some time going through customer reviews for Real Medleys on Quakers own website. In several responses, mostly dated in late 2021, they did state that the Real Medleys product has been discontinued. Too bad! It was one of my favorite foods.

Tasty & Quick - don't be thrown off my misleading reviews
I ordered the banana walnut. Super convenient, tasty, and filling! First off, I don’t like super sweet things, and these are definitely not super sweet. Complaints about the sugar amounts are misleading at best but completely made up numbers in any case. There are 18g of sugar in the banana variety, but the key is that it’s 13g of added sugars. 5g comes from the bananas/oatmeal on its own. And a Snickers bar contains 30g of all added sugars. So, I guess you could say it’s basically half a candy bar, but I also think eating plain, unsweetened oatmeal might be one of the least enjoyable things on the planet so anything to make an otherwise boring cereal better, I’m all for. Also, in regards to the date - it’s not an expiration date. People get all flustered by a ‘best by’ date without bothering to understand the difference between best by/sell by/use by/expiration. Use common sense - if it smells or looks ‘off’, toss it. But a quick google search will tell you these dates have very little to do with when something actually goes bad (Feeding America will tell you that an oatmeal ‘best by’ date is at least 6 months premature of any actual risk of expiration).

Excellent!!
In all honesty I'm not a big 'oatmeal' fan so when I saw this in (LOCAL RETAILER) and saw the price-per-unit I moved on. Then my (step)daughter bought it for her daughter and I sat down and really looked at the ingredients. The following are facts and (my thoughts)* Whole grain rolled oats (meh - not real crazy about oatmeal but..at least it's whole-grain oats)* Multi Grain Blend (I see...they must want this to be healthy AND stick-to-your ribs. I'm getting impressed)(drop down a couple ingredients)* Dried fruit (Strawberries - yum! Blueberries - YUM! Raspberries - YUM!)So we have this mixture of several of my favorite fruits so now I look at the nutritional data.* Protein 8g (meh - I have other things that are higher but...still, not bad)* Total fat 3g (that's pretty darned good for a meal!)* Fiber 7g (NICE! Between the 8G of protein and the 7G of fiber, this is going to HOLD me!)So I 'bit the bullet' and purchased a 12-pack from Amazon. I've eaten two so far and THEY ARE DELICIOUS! And they really do fill me up (I'm about 200lbs - most breakfast foods don't do very well at filling/holding me).My only glitch is finding how much hot water to put in it...fill it only to the line, as they say on the instructions, and it's simply not enough. I'm sure I'll figure out how much to add with experience. Also, 3 minutes with the lid on doesn't cook the oats completely....but that's likely tied to not enough boiling water...so next time I add more water, close and wait the 3 min and check it out.HIGHLY recommend this - it's G O O D ! :)

I love this oatmeal and used to get it at Walmart and they discontinued it
I loved it but I couldn’t find it in the store anymore.it was just the right amount and I used to Eat it every day with a couple sausages until they discontinued it at the store. That’s why I bought it online.

Excellent quality product however dealer product that was dated the month before it was delivered.
Excellent quality product however seller provided product that was dated the month before it was delivered. While the cereal itself has a much greater shelf life than the posted "use by date," there is no excuse for selling at full price a product out-of-date.
