How long is it and how wide?

It says 90LX32W. There is a lot of room inside.

Does this tent come with the rainfly and carrying bag, or do I have to buy them separately?

Yes, it does. I ordered both the rainfly and the cot separately for my husband's job. Both the cot and rainfly were in the in the cot package. He did not think the rainfly came with the cot because under the product Amazon had the cot and the rainfly as "frequently purchased together" so he did not think it did. Now I have to pay almost $8.00 to return it. Really upsets me that they would put this as frequently purchased together when the rainfly should not be purchased separately. And yes, it comes with a bag. I know this is an old post but if anyone is looking and wondering if this is still true, I wanted to make sure it is up to date

what are the folded up dimensions?

I have the XL size and it folds to 36X34X7.

Can it withstand wet weather without a rainfly?

The tent itself will withstand some rain, the problem would be condensation on the inside of the tent. I had a sprinkler that sprayed one side of my tent without the rainfly, it stopped the water from coming in but I had a lot of condensation inside. Another night it rained all night with the rainfly on. I was completely dry inside but the rainfly had stopped the outside moisture and caught the condensation from inside as well.
