Q: Can you hook up a garden hose or does the included hose have to be used?

Garden hoses work. The garden hose I had hooked up to my previous dehumidifier fit just fine on this unit.

It’s a 110. But the pump didn’t work. Sent me another and that one didn’t work either. They refunded my money. I would try another brand.

No, you need the next model up for it to have a pump. This model does not have a pump. It will, however, drain through a hose of you have positive, downhill draining.
