Q: do these have boarders like mepilex 4x4 and why so much cheaper ! this would be great!

Mepilex is like a sophisticated BandAid. The adhesives are particularly suited for areas around a wound: secure, but not too secure so they will stay on well but can be removed without tearing or pulling. At least that's our experience. If the wound leaks or oozes or otherwise drains, then some Calcium Alginate (at least in our situation) is used for additional absorption. There may be no way around using Mepilex, but in our experience there is nothing like it.

Q: Are there really 10 4x4 pieces in the box? Sometimes pictures are misleading and then when it is ordered there is only 1 in the Box.
