To start off I seen this product was suppose to help with belly fat burning so I bought it. It was the least expensive one I could find on here (I’m broke😂) when it came the outside packaging was perfect however when I opened it the box was crushed and torn apart it looked like someone had stomped on it. Luckily nothing was broken. Another problem I had was with the weight. When I’d go left to right it would work fine on one side but when I tried to switch from right to left it would get stuck. I have to flip the entire belt in order for it to go certain ways. I’ve never hula hooped before so it might just be me but I find it hard to keep it going. When I put it in the middle of my stomach it falls, when I put it below it’s hard for me to keep up, if I put it above my stomach it won’t spin. I feel like most of it might be me but there’s definitely some issues that need to be fixed

I know it works for others but I just can’t seem to get it right

I used to Hulu Hoop for hours on end, so I was already aware of the benefits of the hula hoop for exercise. When my nephew destroyed my hula hoop I'd had for nearly 10yrs, an authentic hula hoop, I was devastated. I went to buy new ones, but they didn't make them the same way and they were too light and kept falling. So, I bought a weighted one that was too heavy. Finally, Tik Tok kept showing me this thing. I'd already been devastated and filled with skepticism from failed purchases, so I didn't think it would work. Great news! It works! I adjusted the links to fit me and the weight stayed in and spint around for as long as I engaged it AND I was drenched in sweat after 20mins! It's fun and if you don't enjoy working out, it definitely creates an idea that you aren't. Hope you have as much fun as I did with your purchase!

Easy to use and may work as long as you stay consistent

This is not some magic cure like the women claim in the ads. But it is good core work out and after 30 minutes you will work up a sweat. In order to get it to swing easily, it must fit snugly around your waist which is not the most comfortable thing. Also, the weight has plastic wheels that sound like a roller coaster and you have to turn your tv or music up very loud if you're not using headphones. After using it for a week I did have the links come unconnected while I use using it so be very careful if you use it near a tv or pets.

it’s a great product, don’t get me wrong. i mainly bought it because everyone kept saying if you don’t know how to hula hoop then it’ll be fine because it’s easy. incorrect, i’ve never known how and i literally cant even do it with this

I'm guessing that it's more about getting the pendulum weight to swing around in circles is what the goal is, because the belt itself won't "hula" around your waist

Doesn't go around easy, gets hung up. It's a pain!!!
