Why does delivery take so long

Unfortunately the long wait times are due to when the product is out of stock and Amazon expects delivery at a much later date. However, moving forwards we will be supplying Amazon much more frequently so this is unlikely to happen moving forwards

In the description it says both for 2 players and 2 to 6. Do I need to buy more than one game if more than 2 people want to play at same time?

No, it would work with just the one set. It essentially works like Jenga so you'd just take turns. If you had more people I'd guess you would just have less turns each in a game and maybe you'd want to randomise the starting order as it gets more difficult as it progresses so the last person will have a disadvantage.
