Johnstone's Feature Wall Matt Emulsion Paint - Caribbean Tide 2.5L

The media could not be loaded.  I love this paint so much that I've decided to use the leftover in my main wall in my bedroom.

Lovely colour.

One of my favourite colours by Johnstones, the paint looks gorgeous on my feature wall and is a nice quality. I always go for Johnstones. However I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 as I found this paint in the range a lot cheaper.

First impressions when painting is the colourlooks much bluer and quite shiny even whilst almost fully dried but once dried it becomes an incredible matte blue that I’ve struggled to find for years!Only downside is that it’s very easy to mark so I’d suggest using it somewhere that’s unlikely to be touched or keep a pot on hand for touch ups everyone once in a while like myself!Overall definitely worth buying!

Colour is fabulous and exactly what I’d been looking for... but the paint is quite ‘chalky’ which means every single mark shows, it scuffs easily and if you wipe it you can see streaks. Such a shame as it’s a stunning colour. Would be great in a very low traffic area, but not anywhere a child or fog will brush past :(

So, I wanted a pink coloured paint to go with my compleletely pink themed living room. Bought the dusky Berry as it looked as though it was a dark, pinky colour. Opened it - red. I hoped it would change once on the wall. Nope. Still very red. Patchy paint, doesn't go on very well. Lovely colour if you're after red, though.

The colour is great, love it. If you will never touch the wall with anything ever again then great get it and use it, it will mark at the slightest touch and the paint will wash off when wiped down leaving streaks. A shame as the colour is brilliant.
