I bought CUCKOO Rice Cooker when it was on sale and it was worth every penny. I do also own a more expensive model (with more bells and whistles), but when I moved states for a short term stay (6 months) I bought the cheaper version and was impressed by the value.For the price, this rice cooker delivers great results. The quick cook function is a huge plus, cooking rice in under 10 minutes. I have played around with the other settings and I get rice of the perfect texture nearly every time. The built-in measuring cup system, makes it super easy to gage the correct amount of water-to-rice as well.I liked how lightweight it is compared to the other models, that were extremely heavy. On the downside, I have to hold the lid when opening since it will swing open and topple over (learned that the hard way).I also appreciate how easy it is to clean, between the non-stick pot and the fact its dishwasher safe.The only negative, is that I felt the fuzzy logic system on this model isn’t as advanced as the higher-end CUCKOO models, so it may not offer as much precision or extra features.For the price, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a reliable rice cooker without breaking the bank.

Great rice cooker! First of all is so cute! Makes wonderful rice every time. It’s quiet and never makes a mess and super easy to clean up.I am really not a gadget person and usually cooked my rice on the stove but every time I was cleaning my stovetop from overflow of liquid or having to soak my pan because the rice cooked unevenly and struck to the bottom of the pan.I don’t have any of these problems anymore!!

I am Asian. I buy 3 cup cooker. Cook rice in 15 minutes with quick button. I love it. You wan make congee / porridge without making bubble mess on top. I have secret recipe. 1/4 cup rice - RINSE 4-5 time - 3 cup water - multi cook 40 minutes. Your welcome

I’m changing this to 4 stars. It’s working fine, cooks the rice well. I do think the instructions could be better, especially for someone who has never used one before. A “quick start guide “ maybe.This does work, maybe I can’t figure it out but it is supposed to be automatic. So far we have ruined several cups of rice. The directions are awful. It seems like you’re supposed to just throw the rice and water in and it cooks. Then there’s a bunch of instructions on how to cook rice.

Wow! Just bought this rice cooker to replace my previous analog one. I used it for the first time and WOW! Being Asian, I’ve always bought fancy short grain rice. I don’t cook much but when I do, I’ve noticed that my previous rice cooker would often slightly burn the rice towards the bottom. I’ve tried different rice brand and varying amounts of water but it seems to burn the bottom 100% of the time. Last week, I decided to upgrade to something more modern both aesthetically and technology wise. Am I glad I did! The first batch of rice came out perfect!!! The rice was chewy, in a good way, and not more burnt bottoms! The price of this rice cooker was about the same as my last analog cooker and that’s why I’m so surprised! This cooker is a new brand for me and is Korean made. I must say, the Koreans know how to cook rice!! Definitely recommend anyone that eats rice regularly to consider this product. I am not a rice expert compared to some rice cooker reviewers, but eating more of it lately. To me the texture is better than the "Pot" makes, a bit firmer texture.For two people it makes plenty, the keep warm function keeps a good temp. Easy to clean, I have had no boil over problems during cooking - always using rinsed rice.Aesthetically it looks nice. Blends in the kitchen, so I get no complaints leaving it out all of the time.

Makes the most perfect rice! I upgraded from a little on/off rice cooker to this one after my cheap one broke and this is such a a great mid-tier option. It looks nice on my counter and is very easy to clean.

Love it!!! I haven't messed up rice in it at all. My rice cooks perfectly every time. Nothing sticks to the inside pot. No scrubbing. If the rice gets cold, I can add a little bit of water and put it on cook again. It comes out perfectly again like I just cooked it.
