Nice looking bed
After a lot of hassle with delivery I was pleasantly suprised with the quality of this bed considering the price,it looks good,a reversible mattress which is a bonus theses days, the let down is the headboard, hubby had to fix a piece of wood at the back to support it as it moved sideways where the screw holes didn’t align. All in all once that was sorted I’m very happy with it.

Great bed, comfy mattress but missing bolts
Fantastic price for a bed, really comfy mattress however it was missing some of the bolts to attach the headboard so had to improvise and had a tear but it was at the bottom of the bed so not seen.

A year on from buying
I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but hate being negative, but after some of the problems I’ve had with this bed I just had to be transparent with its quality. Assembling was easy to do and the delivery man was helpful. A mattress was also provided, which I was pleased with at first as it seemed to be comfortable for the first month or so and my previous mattress was ancient. Then later on it became springy, noisy and just uncomfortable ( I had a better nights sleep on my old mattress). I’ve never had back problems before as I am only 24, but since changing over to the new mattress I’ve had aching back pain and I’ve not had a change of routine and just feel achy everytime I wake up (never have this issue when I wake up in our guest bedroom mattress). So if you’re planning of buying the bed, don’t bother with keeping the mattress and find something better quality. The drawers always come off the runners and are difficult to put back in due to the quality. They are thin plastic drawers so they can’t seem to store anything other than bedding in there otherwise they break. I’d say the fabric colour is also a bit darker in person. I assumed it would be lighter but looks more of a dark beige colour. However it still looks the part and I’ve made it work for the room. Luckily I have a joiner in the family to help with the snagging.

Good customer service
We purchased this 7 months ago. The base is very light and the quality isn’t brilliant but it seems to have lasted so far. Nice headboard. The mattress has started to form trenches where we lie and has become uncomfortable due to the support softening. We found it comfortable initially but the last month it seems to have deteriorated. The sides of the mattress collapse when you sit on the side of the bed, not the support you get with some mattresses. We nearly rolled off the bed a time or two until we got used to it as it dips if you lie on the edge. We purchased this because we thought it was good value for money. But in hindsight we wish we had spent more on a bed with a better mattress. We have had to turn the mattress over and are now using the side which is meant for the bottom. But it’s creating trenches already after just one night. It’s ok if you want it for a spare bedroom for occasional use, but for a regular bed used every day like ours it’s been disappointing. We contacted the seller to see if anything can be done and the response was great. We have a new mattress on the way as it’s covered by a 12 months guarantee.

Quality very basic
I guess you get what you pay for and this bed lives up to the cost. Fit for purpose I guess, but it's quite poorly made - no quality here, basic medium firm mattress, cheap thin wooden frame, cheap velour randomly stapled to headboard, and only a single bolt at each side to attach headboard, meaning it needs to be placed against a wall for stability. Does need some assembly - feet aren't attached, and one needs to sit heavily on the bed once in place, to drive them home. The headboard struts are raw unfinished wood, full of splinters and not even sanded down. Very crude and must be churned out ten a minute in the factory! The headboard can be attached either end (so the drawers can face either side) but surprisingly there was only one bolt and bolt hole provided, which means it could easily snap off unless placed hard against a wall for support. The drawers are basic but functional and very spacious. A strangely large amount of surplus velour was left hanging from the side of the bed which tucks into each drawer. No big deal but strange it was not trimmed off. In summary, it's OK for a narrow spare room (hard to find small singles in this width so not much choice) and better than a camp bed, though doesn't really live up to the pictures.

Great bed, mattress ok, but missing bolts
Its an ok bed. We had a bed part missing, and the screws that go into the headboard didn't align. Overall it's an ok buy, but its made very cheaply. I fixed it myself. Would I buy it again? No.
